We begin with a thorough inspection of the roof and the exterior of the property to determine if there is significant storm damage that would warrant filing an insurance claim. Once the inspection is complete we will discuss your options for repairing the damage to the property including any temporary repairs that may be necessary prior to the insurance adjusters arrival. Should you elect to file an insurance claim we will begin the process of constructing a detailed scope of work to submit to your insurance provider including both written and photo documentation of the damage.

Next, we will send a HAAG certified roof consultant to meet with your insurance adjuster to ensure that all damage in the scope of work is included in the adjusters claim summary. Once the work is complete we will send all necessary invoices and documentation to your insurance provider so they can release the final depreciation that was withheld from the claim until the required repairs were made.
